Auto Electrician - Averda

ROLE SUMMARY


The main purpose of this position is to perform maintenance and repair jobs as directed by the Workshop Supervisor.


ACCOUNTABILITIES


• Conducts electrical repairs and diagnostics on vehicles and heavy equipment accordingly and as assigned by the Workshop Supervisor.
• Properly handles and maintains all tools and equipment’s and keeps them in a clean and working condition. Reports breakdowns for maintenance or exchange.
• Reports any misuse/ abuse of the vehicles to the concerned Supervisor
• Abides by the technical norms and standards.
• Abides by the department and Company's policies and procedures.
• Abides by the site safety and health regulations and instructions given by superior and wears company’s PPE.
• Complies further with health & safety standard, requirement, and laws from regulatory and statutory bodies.
• Ensures quality & safety within functions/ tasks performed.
• Reports to his superior occurrences, events, violations and acts that may affect health, safety and company reputation.
• Enhances customer satisfaction through providing service with high standards.
• Performs other duties as requested and other responsibilities related to position.


Complies with the Health & Safety instructions:
• Responsible in exercising due diligence towards health & safety of self & others in the organization
• Responsible to comply with the applicable HSE procedures, instructions, requirements, standards received from regulatory and statutory bodies
• Responsible for reporting to superior occurrences, events, violations and acts that may impact staff health and safety or the environment


PERFORMANCE MEASURES/SUCCESS CRITERIA


• Repairing all requirement equipment within agreed deadline with Workshop Supervisor.
