Overview:
Huxley is currently working with a Private Equity firm that is on the lookout for an Associate.
Title: Associate
Reporting to: Vice President
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of investment opportunities including financial modelling, valuation and returns analysis
- Market and industry research
- Management of financial, commercial and legal due diligence processes of targets
- Review of transaction documentation
- Proactive monitoring and management of portfolio companies
- Quarterly portfolio valuation analysis
Experience:
Bachelors Degree
2+ years of experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance advisory and/or Private Equity
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Arabic speakers preferred
