Job Purpose
To position the Liability sales as an effective retail sales and service outlet by providing superior customer focused service, increase the customer base and meet the sales targets. Effectively manage Internal staff and pay attention to Banks policies, ethics and code of conduct
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities
SALES:
• Meet and exceed budgets by acquiring New to Bank customers.
• Create and managing a customer portfolio.
• Achieve quality business growth through sales calling based on defined objectives.
• Emphasis on fostering and deepening of relationship.
• To join hands with wealth team and ensure to cross sell the wealth products.
• Ensure the customer request are well handled and proper assistance are provided.
• Effectively widen the relationship by maintaining relationship contact plan.
• Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Ensure to collect the documents from customers basis the leads given by other sales personnel’s from LST Payroll team.
• Ensure to meet the customers in their places on time (basis only through appointments) to collect the required documents
• There should not be any late reporting to customer places.
OPERATION, INTERNAL CHECKS AND CONTROLS:
• Ensure, while collecting the customer document copies, the respective original documents are Sighted & verified along with the copies.
• Have to ensure, applicant is signing the AOF, all KYC documents and other documents in the presence.
• Ensure to put the Sign in my presence & Original documents sighted and verified comments (in the form of seal) in the copies of the documents.
• Conduct all sales and service activities within the risk and compliance parameters as defined from time to time.
• Awareness of all policies and procedures issued in relation to Money Laundering preventions.
• Ensure compliance with these policies and procedures on an on-going basis.
