1 Collaborate with the BM & MM in defining the strategic direction for the category for its focus markets Gain share of market and share of mind in our priority markets
2 Consumer understanding coupled with Data analysis to generate relevant hypothesis and action plans Understand brand challenges & opportunities and work on effective solutions to address the same
3 Support cross-agency (Creative, Digital, PR) interactions for effective 360 degree communication development Generate disruptive campaigns that gain mind and market share
4 Regularly interact with the sales team and suppliers and influence them to ensure timely implementation of all in-market brand plans Ensuring that the timelines and costs are managed within budgets so as to achieve sales targets with high quality of output
5 Work closely with the BM & MM on end-to-end rollout of NPDs (Consumer Research, Product brief, Interaction with innovation team, product launch etc) New Product Development to fuel growth
6 Align Media Planning, Trade & Market Research and other marketing processes in line with category and brand strategies Ensure effective implementation of strategies and achieve the planned results
7 Regularly interact with Logistics department to ensure a healthy supply chain To ensure effective monitoring and timely collaborative decision making to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
