Administrative assistant/ Personal assistant - Better Homes

• Mange sales and leasing listing process in CRM.


• Oversee all listing files and listing marketing (online marketing, etc.)


• Making outgoing calls daily to generate leads.


 


• Making reports of daily and weekly leads


• Follow up with leads and clients.


• Managing online portals and social media which includes making ads and advertising properties and screening properties published by other agents for accuracy.


• Act as a liaison between clients and agent


• Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports to clients (buyers and sellers)



• Manage sales and leasing contracts to close process



• Day-to-day office operation (answering the telephone, taking messages, scheduling appointments, preparing real estate forms, documents and correspondence, mailing newsletters and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems)


• Create, maintain and utilize a complete lead follow-up system


- Compensation: 3500 to 4000 + Bonus + Incentive
