Guiding & advising corporate & business units on preventative methodologies and monitor its implementation
Manage, initiate, instruct, and monitor all cases before they are escalated for court litigation locally as well as internationally
Profile
Candidates who apply must meet all of the below criteria:
- Certified Lawyer with UAE registration and licensing
- UAE National with family book
- 4-10+ years of post-qualification legal advisory experience within a legal firm or as an in-house legal counsel
- Experience with local and international arbitration and litigation (preferably within the banking and financial services industry)
