Description
Review and advise on new products and amendment
Draft and review standard agreement and Terms & Conditions as well as managing the periodic legal review of key standard templates in accordance with Group legal policies and procedures
Review, draft, implement & monitor policies, processes & procedures pertaining to the legal support to Wealth Management and Private Banking.
Submission of Management Information
Assist in projects and ad-hoc matters assigned to the job holder by the Head of Advisory
Profile
Candidates who apply must meet all of the below criteria:
- Certified & qualified Solicitor/Lawyer
- 8-10+ PQE with experience in an in-house legal department of a reputable financial institution
- Must have experience in investments products including funds, derivative, CFDs, structured investment products, digital trading platforms and marginal/leveraged trading
- Arabic fluent (highly preferred but will consider well qualified and experienced Western candidates)
