1. Acts as the focal point for all customers and maintains a positive professional manner at all times.
2. Assesses customer needs and recommends needed repairs and services required.Provides fee estimates for standard services and consults the workshop supervisor for more complex services.
3. Checks vehicle official records (License and Warranty) and lists down description of the vehicle’s service order requirements.
4. Answers customer questions related to service outcome, duration and estimated cost.
5. Handles the check-in process ensuring proper inspection of customer vehicle whether at 4XForce premise or at client premise in case of towing. Actively listens to customer remarks and vehicle condition in order to set proper diagnosis.
6. Fills inspection form and keeps a customer signed copy.
7. Writes service orders and translates them into standard technical requirements for the mechanical team to be able to perform the proper work needed for the vehicle. Records work orders on the workshop management system accurately.
8. Schedules walk-in service appointments and follows-up on completion of all required repairs according to agreed upon timeline.
9. Checks and updates records of account history and status on CRM to maintain updated records.
10. Develops service quotation by calculating costing materials, price of spare parts, labor cost and subtract any deductibles when applicable.
11. Advises customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings related to work orders.
12. Performs Test-driving of vehicles to confirm service repairs when needed.
13. Contacts customers to inform them of any changes in the service or to let them know their vehicle is ready for pick-up.
14. Builds and maintains strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure customer retention as well as ensures that customers receive a smooth and high quality service experience.
15. Assists with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed in order to resolve complaints
