IT Programming:
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to produce software designs
Formulate program specifications and basic prototypes. - Integrate individual software solutions to higher level systems
Use web-based tools to create advanced SaaS when applicable - Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient
- Collaborate with technical writers to create documentation for user support
- Expand and update existing programmes
- Work with software developers to help create a product
- Write and design coding flow charts and models
- Redesign programs to suit other platforms
Online Sales / E-commerce:
- Coordinate with partners’ internal E commerce teams
- Build brand integrity through customer engagement and resolution
- Work with internal teams to facilitate responses to online reviews and questions
- Work with internal teams to facilitate research and resolution of reported issues
- Work closely with marketing, brand and communications teams to develop and modify standards and guidelines for content and ensure consistent brand deliveries across all channels and customers
- Involvement in overall account customer service, order management and processing, ensuring timely fulfillment and operational excellence
- Participate in content strategies with marketing and eCommerce team for large .com projects and initiatives
- Help facilitate the on boarding of new accounts by working closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, Operations and Logistics.
