Our clients, one of the leading banks in the UAE are looking for a Head of Incident Management to be based in their team.
Experience:
Responsible for developing a center of excellence for management of operational risk incidents and special projects assigned within the context of operational risk management
Formulate and implement an effective and robust process of identifying, documenting, monitoring, analyzing and reporting operational risk incidents across the group
Carryout root cause analysis on incidents to identify weaknesses in business processes.
Manage special projects assigned within the scope of operational risk management.
Qualifications:
Educated to degree level or equivalent skills and knowledge
15+ years of experience in Banking & Financial industry.
Working knowledge of leading operational risk practices and regulatory requirements.
