Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries.
Professionally handle the customer call as per the company standard.
Accurately logging the customer call in CAFM system.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Route calls to an appropriate resource.
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Prepare reports on customer calls & circulate aging reports to the Execution Team.
Report the trend to the Senior Executive.
Validating the service report from the execution team & closing the service request logged in the CAFM.
Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.
Provide personalized customer service to the highest level.
