Job Purpose
• Work with Europe, Middle East & Africa and support in delivering its key goals of
• Building and deploying a Group-wide Lean capability focusing on key behaviors helping organizations live our values :

b) Data driven decision making

d) Process Excellence
e) Continuous improvement
• Creates tangible impact through clearly defined goals identified bottom-up
• End-to-end approach engaging cross functional teams
• Develop the Lean methodology, Lean training and development, executive management education and communication, sustainability and quality assurance
• Support company to achieve operational improvements by introducing Lean
• Sustain ongoing performance improvements across all company'ss operations (incl. support functions)
• Help transforming mindsets & behaviors and defining company's production system
• To develop lean capabilities of core team
• To promote seamless skill transfer so lean skills are retained
• To promote ownership of lean efforts
• To make continual improvements after initial wave; core team can be retained for internal continual improvement efforts
• Learn lean philosophy and how it can be applied at each location
• Learn lean transformation methodology so it can be applied in other areas in future
• Lead diagnostic and implementation efforts with guidance from Firm team
• Make step-change improvements in first wave
• Apply lean transformation methodology to parts of operation not touched in first wave
• Sustain improvements after initial wave
• Make lean methodology a part of daily operating culture
• Lead ongoing improvement efforts
