Job Purpose:
To increase focus on the Local markets and drive commercialization of existing and new products
specifically for the Business Banking Group segment, within cash management. Individual will be
responsible for product development & Management, including various products bundles, customized
propositions and help create marketplace where FAB products and services can be offered.
Work with Channels/IT/Operations to ensure that all SME products/ propositions are reviewed regularly to
ensure that they are relevant and fit for purpose
Responsible for GTB solution implementation for the duration of the implementation life cycle including
project management, by exploring customers’ requirements and formulating project plans
To work with regulators, industry forums in proactively identifying new opportunities and support the GTB
business with new ideas and solutions to increase Share of Wallet.
Key Accountabilities:
Accountable for the Product Management/Product Development activities including delivery of the
propositions through appropriate channels, product P/L, pricing and commercialization. Products in scope
are
o Liability balances (CASA) & Account Packages
o Product Bundles including appropriate delivery channels
o Working Capital solutions including, but not limited to Collections, Payments, Payroll etc.
o Specific needs of the economic and country landscape like BASHR proposition
o Specific initiatives to create SME market place for x-border transactions
o Customised Propositions
Interact/ Co-ordinate with relevant channels team for end-to-end product functioning and ensure that the
client touch points and channels related to payments are in line with the competition/market/client
expectations
Manage the Liability portfolio and ensure that FTP policies are in consonance with business growth and
regulatory guidelines. Knowledgeable and experienced in Transfer Pricing techniques to help earn
favourable policy treatment
Evaluate and recommend new ideas/solutions, acting as 'Customer's Voice' and delivering bottom line
benefit. These can be on the areas of new proposition, Technology, Regulation, Industry and Market
infrastructure.
Responsible for the Collaterals, website content, go to market strategy and product communication
strategy for the segment.
Responsible for managing the external vendors to support and enhance the proposition from time to time.
This will involve agreeing and monitoring service levels, and ensuring end-to-end client delight
Support implementation of all product/channel proposition including specific Digitisation initiatives. Ensure
appropriate Implementation SOPs are available for complex deals involving BBG clients
Continuously reduce implementation cycle time, minimize deal slippage & associated revenue conversion
lead time, all aiming to improve Time-to-Revenue. Accurately report project status, escalating effectively
for “on hold” & slow moving deals
Manage the Products in line with the Product Life Cycle(PLC) from Business Cases to the actual delivery
and commercialization. This will involve management of the UAT and signoff of the same
Perform other activities as appropriate assigned from time to time by Head of Cash Product Management

JOB PURPOSE
To manage and grow large account portfolios and client relationships for assigned portfolio; improve service
quality levels and supervise the subordinates’ day-to-day activities and client interactions to ensure that the team’s
objectives are constantly met and its revenue targets achieved, while maintaining client satisfaction and portfolio
credit quality.
To provide support to the line managers on day to day basis, for (a) streamlining operational and administrative
linkages with clients and internal stakeholders, and (b) financial and business analysis of the clients (c) managing
risk
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Client and Market Analysis
Participate in the financial analysis conducted on clients and their respective industries/ markets to identify
potential opportunities and risks.
Client Relationship Management
Provide continuous support to clients in order to satisfy their daily transactional requirements, enquiries, and
documentation needs.
Follow-up with other sub-departments/ departments on credit/ facility requests to ensure clients’ requests are
met on-time.
Assist the line managers/ RMs in making calls to clients and following up with them on the services provided by
FAB and any other requirements as directed by the line manager/ Business Head, in order to build capability of the
segment.
Review facility documents, and follow-up with clients to ensure that they submit renewed or missing documents
on-time.
Convey potential client targeting to Business Heads while providing them with clients’ needs.
Conduct due-diligence for business, financial and credit assessments/ appraisals and pass them for approval.
Day-to-Day Activities
Assist the line manger in the day-to-day administrative and transactional activities such as client calls,
documentation follow up, updating pipeline, and any other activities in the segment /team to ensure continuity of
work and the delivery of effective and high quality outputs.
Manage and follow up on KYC and compliance requirements in order to ensure consistency with the Bank’s KYC
and AML policies and regulatory requirements.
Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures
Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out
in a controlled and consistent manner.
MIS and Reports
Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet the segment’s requirements,
policies, and standards.
