JOB PURPOSE:

Key Accountabilities:

· Ensure accuracy in Costing for Printing Press and Leather factory
· Ensure to complete all daily and month end activities within timeline
· Ensure to deliver all the reports within agreed timeline
· Support Finance team for external Audit by providing required information requested by Auditors
Functional Responsibilities
Cost Control
· Review Bill of Material (BOM) and ensure accurate costing for Printing Press and Leather factory
· Ensure product codes are maintained in system accurately with proper category, description and unit of measurement
· Review and close Production Orders on daily basis by ensuring no major variance compared to standard cost
· Follow up with Procurement department and warehouse team to invoices on timely manner
· Conduct periodic inventory count and adjust stock upon management approval
· Closing of intercompany Sales and Purchase Order on daily basis
· Review all expenses of the factories and ensure costs are controlled and within budget. Highlight in case of unbudgeted expense request from operation
· Prepare monthly reports for production cost variance analysis including purchase price variance
· Ensure all other tasks assigned are performed on timely manner
· Support for External Audit
· Supporting Chief Accountant for annual audit, provide support to team members whenever required
