JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintenance of Gear pumps, Screw pumps & multistage centrifugal pumps
Maintenance of Air Compressor, Filling Machine, Pumps, Reactors & Agitators
Maintenance of Cooling towers, distillation columns, heat exchangers, condensers & storage tanks, Boiler & turbine
Preventive & Predictive maintenance scheduling & following for all the above rotary and stationary equipments
Supervision of Fabrication of pipelines, equipments & structural
Supervision of Painting of pipelines, equipments & structural supports
Supervision of Hot & Cold Insulation of pipelines & Equipments
Proper scheduling for Annual Turn Around shutdown maintenance
Inventory control & Cost Analysis prepared for the financial year and monitoring the same
Capable of guiding the Mechanical maintenance team and implementing the best maintenance strategy for the plant
Condition Monitoring and Predictive maintenance of critical equipment and corrective actions to avoid breakdown
Conducting Safety audits within the department and ensuring the compliance from all the employees and updating the checklists and audit reports
