Contributing to total customer satisfaction through ensuring proper distribution and execution of all repair orders and sublet repairs of the company
Ensuring all customers vehicles are completed for delivery at the time promised by the service advisor of the company
Maintaining minimum number of vehicle carryovers and repeat repairs forthe company
Contributing to efficient service operations of the company by reducing the causes of and the time taken for Job Stoppages.
Ensuring continued profitability of the company through correct loading of the service shop, based on facility and manpower capacities.
Ensuring accurate recording of hours available and hours worked by the technicians of the company
Determining daily available manpower capacity based on the total hours of the available technicians of the company
Recording all repair orders of the company onto dispatch logs and determining the repair time required.
Distributing repair orders of the company to the most appropriately skilled technician based on priority and completion time.
Distributing repair orders of the company with expected job completion time.
Monitoring and following up on work progress for each technician at the company to insure completion on time of assigned jobs.
Recording number of and causes of repeat repairs and carry-overs at the company
Prioritizing the company ’s waiting customers, repeat repairs and carry over work.
Keeping the company ’s Service Advisor informed when no more work can be taken based on available hours.
Maintaining accurate time-keeping records by ensuring all technicians clock on/off all repair orders of the company
Keeping the Service Advisor of the company informed all job delays and any additional work required.
Controlling the distribution of all sublet repairs of the company
Coordinating with the Purchaser of the company for the next repaired orders to be worked on.
Assisting and directing in diagnosing and repairing the company ’s customer vehicles.
Assisting in executing designs handed over by the Operations Manager of the company
Making sure of the utilization of the company ’s machinery, equipment and facility in a proper manner that does not cause any damage.
Ensuring the technicians of the company ’s optimum utilization, productivity and efficiency.
Performing as training coach to the technicians of the company to improve their abilities and efficiency.
Carrying out road test before commencing job to confirm the complaint of the company ’s customers and testing later to confirm effectiveness of repairs and builds.
Ensuring strict implementation of company rules, regulations and procedures within the company policies.
Performing hygiene and uniform check of technicians at the company
